Special thanks to Nik, Rich Schefren, James Schramko, and Marc Lindsay for the insights and motivation to get this one done… my team really enjoyed getting this together.

That is the exact same discussion we had with our business coach yesterday..we have been busy getting it out of our head and down on paper. It’s a huge selling point.

Nice one Clint… once you really get into it, you might find it’s not about being a selling point… it’s just who you are.

it’s just who we are too, and it’s what sets us apart from ‘most’ of the others. We didn’t do the exercise to find a selling point, that was just a nice bonus!

With core values it makes me feel that I am actually making a difference and not just doing a job. It feels great that I am a part of a great team and that I’m one of the cogs that turn the wheels.

It’s always good for a business to have it’s core values. These core values should always be in the minds of the people working as a team as it would lead to a better success. Nice video! Your core values are great for the team.

It definitely sets a standard on how to take part in making a business work. Great thing we have it here. :)

I believe having a cool set of core values help employees to be more grounded and motivated to do their best at work. It is an unspoken way to let them know that they contribute well to the success of every business.

Yes, I agree with that – business with a purpose. Such businesses exist for a long time because their owners are ready to serve the people (not just make money out of their needs). Businesses grounded on core values are hard to find these days.

I like these values – integrity, ethical and mutual respect. It gives me the customer, confidence that when I do business with you everything will be above board and done to a high level of quality. It’s great to have this spelled out.

Integrity. Intelligence. Intensity.
I’d put in compassion too because I really want to get involved with whatever my clients are involved with.

I recently ran a webinar where the owner said that defining her core values help spur new (& profitable) product ideas – all because the values were bigger than just herself.
