Domain Name Investing Insights – Episode #2

by David Jenyns

On the back of the success from our last episode we’re cracking out another one. Just like any one hit wonder band, we’re hoping to make it big with our second episode…

So, apart from the usual banter this time around, Ryan T Malone, Danny and myself managed to talk about a few things as follows:

• How The Challenge is going to affect the site flipping market and domain name investing
• Whether or not Flippa’s pricing is fair
• Ed Dale’s creepy “home alone antics” (no, seriously!)
• The 3D domain name craze

… and a bucket load more. Watch the video below to see how it went down.

Be sure to watch the video right to the end and see how you can score yourself some free flippa.com goodies.

Your SEO coach,

David Jenyns

Interesting video. Ed Dale twitted about this and so I took a look. It will be very interesting to learn more about selling websites as I go along in #tc10. Also interested to see the interview you did with Simone that was mentioned here. Great job guys.

Great podcast, I like the format of just asking about something like the fee structure and getting all your different viewpoints. I would like to see maybe some other sites where you guys find great bargains you buy (sites and domains) besides flippa. Looking forward to the next episode!

Great video! I really liked the first part to this video. I have watched both of them all the way through. I picked up quite a few tips and will be using them as I sell off a few of my domains/websites I have been holding on to. Thanks for the good info!

Thanks for the kind words guys. :)

Mark: I think that it is going to be a very handy thing to understand as you go through #tc10, even when creating any website. Knowing how to sel a website is a great exit strategy if things don’t work out as great as you hoped.

Drew: Thanks for the kind comment. This is most definitely something that we will be covering very soon, speaking of which, we have a great interview on the way with a big name in the domain buying and selling market as well, so that might be right up your alley!

Mike: Great to hear! If there is ever anything that you need, or want us to answer in the Podcast, you can contact either Dave, myself, or Danny and we will be more than happy to see what we can do. :)

Thanks again guys! Looking forward to getting the next podcast going!
