It really takes a lot for a focused Internet Marketer to outsource skilled people to do these jobs, not because of the money behind it, but because of the different other systems you need to set in place before giving full blown outsourcing a go.
This entire outsourcing thing really is a biggie everywhere. You’re one lucky man when you mentioned that you have a trusted and skilled team of outsourced guys, keeping your online business in operation even if you are not around.
I don’t mean to really dig further, but I am just curious (since I wasn’t there during the workshop) but what was one big advice did you give them about outsourcing? Is it more on the skills, money, trust etc…

The real challenge is getting to those A players. Outsourcing is a wonderful thing but only if you manage to get the best of the best so the first thing you need to really pay attention to is your hiring and screening process.
It goes to show you just can’t do it all by yourself. When you are just getting started with your online business, yes, it’s possible to be successful on your own but when the business is expanding, you must then look for more help to make it work. Business process outsourcing works not just because you get to save a lot by doing it, but because it allows you to find a great team to work for you.
Wow! A month off and yet your business is still up and going (“,) I can say that you have really established a reliable team. You must have really trained them well.
I guess outsourcing is more than just sharing work. It’s about sharing culture, dreams, friendship, knowledge, life and unlimited opportunities to your team members as well.
I believe the key to success when outsourcing your business needs is developing quality trusting relationships with your providers.
